DKTS Rule 144 ineligible? Weren't the notes said to be invalid?

I am now more certain than ever based upon this morning's tweets on ISBG, that debt holders will remain in DKTS and will be rewarded for their patience.



And are you saying there was an agreement in place to wait a year?
