Considering the Share structure.. that's nothing. I've traded more "bloated"/"toxic" tickers than this ..and still came out with profit. Plus, no note holder in the right state of mind would sell their shares right now when the average daily volume is 10-35k. IMO, they're sitting tight for the long run...AND may I remind you that this is a company traded via OTC.. only a very small percentage of companies can tout not having any toxic debt.

Personally, I'm a Technicals>Fundamentals kind of guy anyway.
