Also Vela took a fraction of the $12mm. Vela has made mistakes and taking money from Ironridge is probably their worst decision post Chinacomm. Why do think they are basically in the dark right now? Look at all the companies that are in a similar situation because of Ironridge and reason why SEC took action.
