Since we are almost there, why vote yes to such a massive increase of shares? Everyone believes we are less than 12 months away from knowing success or failure on our cornerstone trial. If successful, we don't need that many shares. If failure, no amount of shares will save us. Either way, no need for such a large number of shares when we are so close to seeing results.
