LMAO! Do you really think a company would let their website go live BEFORE the acquisitions are finalized? Too funny! Methinks that would be highly illegal. Duh,...



It would be nice to have a company website with the basics; bus plan, office location, officers, contact info, IR firm, corp atty, news releases, financials, share structure.

Is THAT ILLEGAL?
