So you really think Chapter 11 is inevitable? How will this affect current shareholders? Are we down the creek so to speak? You pose excellent questions many of which will take time to get answers to.
Well...$APP was already heavy-laden in the debt. dept. - and recently took on more 'credit'. They do have a fight w/ Dove on-going (that we haven't learned much more about), and are in the middle of trying to shift their 'image'.
No one can tell the future; and they aren't yet 'close enough' to make heads-or-tails of it all. And one should just...never 'underestimate' "anyone". They could emerge...with an entirely 'new' *FRESH* take on the industry!
