Thanks for that. (I disagree w/ a portion of your comment tho:)

~ "Facts" can be found in any / all 'filings' - to ANY governmental organization...

~ "Facts" can also be found in any "real" products launched - that hit store shelves...

~ Additionally, the "facts" can be found in reviewing 'forward looking statements' - after the fact! (Did the CEO and/or "board" follow-through? Did they tell 'mistruths'? Etc...)

To suggest that all penny stocks are likely just 'scams' is not very 'accurate': Plenty of "big board" companies have started as micro-cap companies; and /or have 'fluctuated' between 'boards'.

If $LVGI takes off - because "real products" hit shelves (making "SLAM" a "fact") - even THIS company could "make it big".

Again: thanks for the comment. We're all here to earn some 'ROI'. Funny thing is - I've actually been "pro $LVGI" since the beginning. (Just didn't 'sip the kool-aid'.)
