Howz this for interesting conundrum:
When stockholders call pink sheet hqtrs (CEO), hqtrs almost has to lie.
1. Because according to insider trading rules, if you call a CEO and he tells you the truth, that would violate the law because they disclosed factual inside information.
2. On other hand, if you call and hqtrs fills you with BS, then they have not disclosed inside information (because it's pure BS) and it (the BS) is therefore not against the securities laws.
Ya think.
