The PR states ISBG is willing to assume debt. That document you claim is legit shows ISBG is attempting to assume debt, is it not?
I still think we need to know how it is you obtained it. Otherwise it's just an anonymous message board post. How do you know Team Autry sent it either to you or whoever you got it from?
I also think NV Rev Stat 78.288 may come into play. You claim debt holders haven't agreed to anything, correct? Did ISBG restrict the shares from being distributed by DKTS until such an agreement is made?
More importantly, is DKTS bound by the statute since debt would still be owed by them if an agreement with lenders isn't reached? Can they distribute shares prior to the deal being finalized?
What exactly is misleading, in your opinion? And remember, I am laying the PR down beside the so-called "August agreement" you claim is legit.
