Thank you for contacting us.
I'll be frank here. I admit I thought I was prepared for what I would find in the pink sheet world, however my expectations were set a little too high. Cleaning the "mess" up was more of a challenge than I ever imagined. Everywhere we turned had unpaid dues, fees and required payment and starting the process over from scratch. Literally thousands of dollars and numerous hours would inch the process along at a crawl. We started the process over 2 weeks ago and held the press release announcing the new ownership/management of TDEY until OTC Markets/SoS Wyoming etc updated their information.
We now are seeing some of the fruits of our labor/money and the websites should reflect (fully)accurate information by early next week. From there we can go full bore with updates and communications. Early next week we will be able to release our press releases via MarketWired, PRWeb and others as the compliance/legal at those services did not complete their work by close of business today Friday 9/11/15. It was a chore. One must build on a solid foundation and I will not hurry nor rush. We will grow without looking over our shoulders addressing what was missed.
