I don't know why exactly but I can't assume the worse. I do know this based on rational thinking. One he wants to remain in control. How do you do that? by being majority share holder., Two he wants to get what is coming to him "he wants to get paid". How do you do that? by having lots and lots of share. I might be right or I might be wrong I really don't know all the Ins and outs in-regards to his recent acquired shares . I'm Just thinking out loud from a corporate structure point of view.
