The Truth About CEOs:
Disregarding that most every man or woman is the CEO of their own house, there's 5 kinds of CEOs:
1). The extremely rare crafty dogs who make ungodly returns in the tens of millions, each year. (NYSE)
2). The well respected men and/or women who run America's other top 1000 companies, and earn roughly $2M-$10M p/yr. (NASDAQ)
3). The CEOs of the next 100,000 largest U.S. companies, who make maybe a million, give or take. (AMEX)
4). The 2 million or more people who run their own businesses and only take home somewhere between $40K - $100K p/yr.
5). And the pinksheet/pennystock CEOs, who never accomplish anything of long-term substance, yet still make more money than 98% of the entire rest of the population. (OTC, Pink, and sometimes, grey sheets)
