That's what I don't understand:

Buying after "news" hits makes one, what...."a chaser", no?
~ Why not get 'ONE-HUNDRED MIIIIILLLLIIIIOOOOONNNN' shares now?! Why wait until "GOOD NEWS" comes out???

Fear of a reverse-split, is my guess. But I think we all have that on our minds....
