Pps does matter because pmcb hast to keep diluting to raise cash. If by some miracle pigs start flying and pmcb gets bought out the amount of shares outstanding will dictate the $ investors will receive per share.

Example pmcb gets and excepts a 1b offer and if there is 1b shares outstanding that's a buck a share. If there were only 100m S/O then it would be 10 per share.

How many shares will pmcb sell from now till that dream comes true? They had up to $50m worthier shares they could and are selling.
Probably around $40m left (guessing) I haven't added up what they sold so far.
So:
40m @ .10 = 400m shares.
40m @ .05 = 800m shares.

pps does matter buy out or not.
