I didn't want to spoil it yesterday, but I never trust TA's unless they are supported by fundamentals.
Until the market really turns a corner caused by a good reason, or PEIX comes out with some great news, I don't think PEIX will really breakout all of a sudden. Trend might change, but that then would be in the complete ethanol sector.
