Seriously ? The court has decided there is not enough evidence to continue the case against Lee S. Because THE SEC screwed up. And this dismissal was for Lee S only. Not he entire group.

What would make anyone think they have sufficient evidence against anyone else ?

The SEC copied and pasted most of it's evidence that Mount Bullshit is comprised of from public forum. Serious Fact ..
