Honestly, how many OTC companies trading at .0001 have you known to have bought back billions of shares. If they want to make any difference, they would have to buy back and retire 3-4 billion shares. They would not have any positive effect out of that.

Let's say they keep their word and not do a reverse split in the foreseeable future. That just means we have to live with the 4+ billion shares outstanding and hope they come with something of real value. Share price can go up with such an amount of OS, but value is key here!
