How do you get "will be $20 bil?"

Rocko it is PREDICTED the market will be $20 bil 4 years from now. And that is in a perfect scenario. The FDA could decide current robotics is too costly or unsafe and put the kibosh on all of it. Too many of you dudes keep counting your chickens before they're hatched.
