High volume day. Already over 10M shares traded. The paradox of this financing is that the greater the volume the further down the pps go. The more that "longs" buy the further they drive their own value down. Doesn't seem to make sense but the truth is that not buying and just holding for a long time (if you have confidence in a Phase III go-ahead and of continued Nsdaq listing) might be the best strategy to save funds. The cashless warrant financing doesn't benefit those who average down.
