Couch, you are so right. The story lines some push to explain the lousy share price are amazing. You explain it perfectly:

WS is going to make Peregrine show positive Sunrise results before it blesses PPHM



The only thing I would add is the share price will rocket on a lucrative partnership or buyout offer. Either of which could come at any time. If Abbvie was close to partnering in 2012, isn't Peregrine a much more probable partner as it nears FDA approval for Bavi?
