for those that were scammed The California state parole system has nothing to do with David Foley. He's in FEDERAL prison, which has no parole. You do 85 percent of your sentence - no "good time" - just a flat 15 percent haircut off the top.

If you have comments re: Foley, those comments can be directed by email or a webmail form.

You can search by name for David Russell Foley or by inmate number for 13141-111. Then click on "Voice a Concern". When the form comes up - select "CI-Taft" from the pulldown menu and follow the directions from there. There is a 5000 character limit for your message content. EMails have no content limit and allow you to use illustrative attachments (e.g., screenshots, etc.) if you wish.

I could list some very specific individual addresses at bop.gov for communcating re: David Russell Foley, butt I do nott think those people would like to be harassed with a flood of emails directly to them, and I don't have their permission (nor will I ask for it) to disseminate their individual email addys or their identities.

Just use the general addys listed above and your submission will get to the right people and placed into the file.

For example, the etikallc.com blog entry touting UF by Foley was an impermissible touting of a business NTEK by an inmate. The right folks at Taft and Western Region are well aware of that and other things.

So when you run across stuff like the etikallc.com blog post with Foley touting UF or anything about NTEK or NTGL, let the BOP know via those emails or online submission form.

And be sure to post on this board the matter that Foley has done (just as somebody posted the etikallc.com blog post from Foley touting UF. Oddly, after prior blog entries every three days, it was three weeks before he posted another blog entry after that one pumping UF. He had a chuckling chat with the administration about his UF tout blog post. Hence the three week hiatus.
