How about an update on the merger paperwork that was due in July (NOT DUE BUT A FWD LOOKING STATEMENT). All TRUE leaders and MANAGERS/CEO's etc. Know the concept of hitting timelines and doing it in style. Under promise over deliver. This is a true pink based on Paul's when and how he delivers.

It's a shame if this company is real and trying to build something due to his incompetence.
