The whole key to this, the whole enchilada, is in the offices of Energomash.

Actually, you're wrong. My take is that Energomash is a red herring. What you need to focus on is why the company won't say who its CEO is, and won't offer a legitimate address or phone number.

In "real life", would you even consider doing business with people like that?
