I'd say we'll hear of $APP filing CH.11 by next year, 4 sure, imo.
~ How long will it 'channel trade' now? Not sure: but I think bottom will be 'single-cent' digits (possibly!) - if not a double-bottom confirmed with this next "Q".

I think the market, pretty much, all has the same feelings towards this company. And, with "Dov" in the wings: this is more like a grudge match, than a company ready to turn a profit!

I'll tell you what I want to know:

~ What's going on w/ Dov & any lawsuits?

~ What is the board thinking re: 'permanent residency' on "C-street"?

~ Why the "new direction" in design - and not a MAJOR mktg. campaign, to change-image...and COMPLETELY do away w/ Dov's 'young sex' image???

~ What are the Fins for the past year - and all current 10Q's spelling out? (Factor in "Dov"!)

~ What "outstanding debts" are there? Any 'convertibles'?

~ Any (remote) plans by "the board" to amend the share-structure?

~ Etc. etc. etc.



...and that's just gett'n me started...
