I suppose Auspex Research is also the same as the WSTI former accounting firm who revealed:

Windstream's own accounting firm dropped them citing that they could not trust statements given by management - "Because the audit process necessitates the reliance on various representations made by management, HMCPA has determined that, due to the issues outlined above, it can no longer fully rely on the representations made by the Company's management." if their own accounting firm comes out and basically calls management untrustworthy - liars - why should anyone else believe them?
