I think Chip owns zero GERN stock. This is really bad. I think he needs to buy at least some token amount of stock on the open market with his own money merely to show the market that he is confident in Geron's future. For a rich guy like him, 10k shares shouldn't be too hard. I like that GERN has 52.6% institutional ownership, but I hate that it has 0.82% insider ownership, a little over 1.3 M shares divided between all the directors and executives (the few that there are) and ZERO held by the CEO. That's just pathetic.
