but what I am saying is the warning is just a warning - it doesn't matter

they are just trying to be decent people about it, warning them.

Like I said before - they are going after a few choice people and organizations, they will show us a pattern

and then later they may be able to close more compassion clubs with just emails.

I don't think government wants to waste much time and energy on it, keep it simple - they do not want to entangle the issue of dispensaries with individual charter rights

if you read HC's website, Bill C-17 gives federal judges the obligation to file an injunction for a cease and desist order against anyone suspected of violating the regulations of Bill C-17 when Health Canada applies for one.

The law says the government can apply for an injunction against violators of Bill C-17, and once a cease and desist order has been established, violators or the order would be held in contempt of court while on trial.
