The property was initially Roseland Metal Co.owned by James Veltman. He closed his company is 2008 and is still listed as property owner.
What is confusing is they have this listed as rental apts as well as manufacturing. I don't know what google earth is showing you but the property is still there according to tax assessors of Thorton Township which is where this is located. So question is are they leasing the building or offices within for an office front. Weichert realty shows it sold for 299,900 but public records doesn't list date of sale or to whom just that it sold.
