I dunno, trading.jeff: can we quite call this "bottom"?? I've been in this ticker for juuuuuust about (2) years now. I've seen both Management styles, and been through all the 'talk'.

Regarding market sentiment (and how it affects the SP): without that "catalyst" you speak of - I can easily see MM's filling a "large bid" of trip-1's...if it gives them the $$$ they're looking for at that moment!
~ But guess what that would do to the rest of the market???
The same thing that has BEEN occurring: A LOSS OF (face)VALUE. When MM's try to walk it back up and earn a spread-profit: guess what?? IT WON'T BE THERE!!! Which means, they'll dump EVEN MORE shares - BECAUSE THEY HAVE TO MAKE $$$ STILL...

...all the way until that "catalyst" happens - or "no bid". Or, once 'the mkt' feels the company is worth more than $0.0001 (or 2, or 3 cents)! Or at least, worth placing a "bid"...
~ Because guess what? IT COULD GO TO "NO BID", TOO !
