Problem with CESV is the market...it is other than otc...lower than the pinks....
grey market SO iff you want to sell you sell to him low
like 40 cents...and he sells for 45 or 50
the bid is low for the day.....and the ask is hi with a 5 or ten cent spread...I think you could have sold for 45 or so...when he was selling for 50...

If you wait I think it has to go up soon.
