I have no idea what you mean by "capitulated on the completion of toxicology studies."

Again, you are hopelessly confused. There is no such thing as phase 3 of a toxicology study. There is animal tox (not a phase at all), phase I (toxicity testing and dose ranging on humans), phase II (efficacy on humans) and phase III (large scale efficacy on humans).

Of course NNVC has stretched out animal tox to such epic levels that some advocates like to muddy the waters by dividing it up into many parts so as to claim that NNVC has at least done the first bit.

Phase I (toxicity and dose ranging in humans) will take many months. Why people believe that NNVC will be faster than other companies in this is beyond my understanding, NNVC will have to do the same things the other companies do.
