Although their "name" was not on the lease, they WERE legally a tenant as they claimed the address in public statements as their "headquarters". Additionally, Kerry performed work on their behalf out of that office as has been well documented. big smile

The company's name change does NOT invalidate contracts entered into under the previous name.
