Sun, ERBB made available 3 Billion to sell with amended filing. ERBB consistently selling..period! MM's can play games, but ultimately the 3B will drive erbb back to teens...starting sept 30 and following months large notes can convert and these friendlies have waited patiently to bank..only chance,is that the note holders are same erbb bunch that have had notes for years and will minimize competing sellers..some still yet to be paid off.if same bunch, they just might chill and be "reasonable" with conversion...they've already made millions..

TTRADES can be confusing, and always a good topic to iron out for learning process. For me, when I see ANY company significantly raise A/S, I then look to see if TA gagged...then check daily sell volume and increase in TTrades, and keep an eye out for PR increases...ERBB presently receives check marks for all. My experience indicates most often a price decline.
