It generally takes a long time to shut down these scam stocks. The procedure is NOT simply, file a complaint and the stock no longer trades.

Just because a stock is still trading doesn't mean it's not a scam. It takes months and sometimes years before any action is taken. That's why "stinky pinky" stocks like DSUS are so popular with scammers.

However when action does come, it is immediate and without warning. I've seen it happen a few times. One day a board will be filled with "Yippee, to da moon" crap and then an announcement of a suspension comes out, without any warning. Suddenly stockholders are stuck with a stock that for all intent and purposes, may no longer be sold.


Good DD IS NOT just reciting the PRs and company handouts and looking for the good. Those things are never hard to find.

Good DD IS finding out what the company and CEO do NOT want you to know.
