For a microcap like this, it SHOULD be pretty trivial.

Of course, in reality there simply is NO WAY Jerry is letting auditors anywhere NEAR his books. It's hilarious to see the company backpedal and invent incredibly transparent excuses for why the audit just isn't going to be ready when promised...
