DSUS Certs No more. JMO...but it does DSUS little harm to ignore the certs. Promises, promises...a dime a dozen. They need any cash they can get for operational purposes. To put aside $2-3 million to honor certs, well, must seem foolish to them. There is little old PVEC investors can do about it in pinkiland but complain. Little impact.

Lets put certs out of our mind. You want more shares, buy them at the current discount. In the end, IMO, it will far better for gain than trying to get DSUS to ante up $ for certs. My gut feeling is that it will never happen. PVEC made such a mess of it to begin with, hardly worth the time and effort to sort it out.
