Where are people getting 500,000,000? Outstanding at end of june was 1.2 billion. I would guess we're at 1.5/1.6 billion by now.

My opinion is notes were converted that drove us down to finance the merger/pr's to come. I could be wrong who knows, but this still has plenty of room to move even at 2 billion shares outstanding.
