This AM, I got a 2nd email from Adrian Wager-Zito who represented JPMC in latest Anchor litigation. She states the following.

Further to the below response, JPMC believes that the rights of the litigation tracking warrant holders have been conclusively determined by opinions of the various courts. Copies of those opinions are attached for your convenience.


1st opinion was from WMI bankruptcy - January 3, 2012
2nd opinion was from Federal Claims Court - Anchor vs USA filed 8/31/12.
3rd opinion was from Federal Appeals Court - Anchor vs USA dated October 16, 2013
