Looks like some of the posters here need a perspective check. 55 million OS is nothing...this is not a NASDAQ stock guys..its a PENNY stock with the Nasdaq label after it.

55 million OS for penny players is a dream, hell 100 million is low on the OTC. Read the email from the IR I posted, look at the prospectus filed, its on their web page. This is set up to bounce and will very soon now.

I am amused at the different price points being thrown about...there is nothing that indicates other then a SWAG method of predicting a low point, that this will bottom out at .05 to .08 or the really absurd one, .02 to .04

The preferred and warrant holders know that this going to low is not going to do them any good...cant sell your converted warrants if there are no buyers for the commons you receive. Break time is coming.
