So next time you talk to jimmy boy, ask him why he can't file the minimal BS disclosure crap that OTC Markets asks for.

Just remind him that non-disclosure puts his "most ethical CEO of the Year" nomination in jeopardy.

He doesn't dare lose his one vote.
