Under Article III EVENTS OF DEFAULT
3.9 Failure to Comply With the Exchange Act.
The issuer shall fail to comply with the reporting requirements of the Exchange Act; and/or the Issuer shall cease to be subject to the reporting requirements of the Exchange Act.
This is just for the 200K note to WHC Capital. Most of these agreements are structured the same way. And the penalties are severe.
So it begs the question ... did this note get paid off by Aug. 20, 2015? Or did it just default?
