Why I believe this is illegal trading/manipulation

WHY?
Please have a look at chart patterns there are no typical shorting signs, just the opposite: All looks to me illegal trading between 2 or more funds. Or those shorties know each other well in order to cover by beating the market like GS did year on year. In both cases this is illegal manipulation. It is done in a way it looks like tax selling but it is definitely not. This is agreed and planned attack.

THEY TRY TO CAUSE PANIC SELLING AMONG LONGS
They try to scare us to lose control and sell our shares...investor starts to think price going to zero when actually there is the bottom which has been reach several times but artificially made lower.

WHY THIS STOCK?
They see the potential of AEZS. It is tough times for funds as well and they need to make profit this way ;O)
