A business listens to customers / clients differently than supposed "investors" talking down about the company. As I have done for many of years successfully. Just like as with a customer the business is free to tell all to whom it may concern "take your money elsewhere", no one has to put up with it.
My suggestion to all that don't like a business don't invest or make purchases from it.
