There is nothing that can be said at this point to defend Vanis.

Here is what will happen, he will R/S and then dilute the ticker to .0001 and eventually no-bid. He and sam will pay themselves for creative PRs as this crashes and cover themselves for the next 18 months.

Then take athena and do a reverse merger into another ticker... payoff Ezra to come up with some bogus marketing scheme... get those creative PRs flowing and build some new shareholder value.

Increase the O/S to 3 billion and then....
