Exactly. S1 has plans for 250k-1M funding off the bat. The itraq order funded a portion of the development originally needed in the S1 plan so that need was reduced.

There are many ways to skin a cat. Extra cash helps with speed/flair/etc. but that's entirely different than what is REQUIRED. Also anyone being honest with themselves knows plans get refined the farther along they get, Gregg appears to have been conservative with needs off the bat and is running things more efficiently. Awesome to have someone spending less (rather than more) and have developed an actual product that is ready for certification stage.

Not an investment for everyone and that is fine.
