You can forget about the DOJ - I just phoned Judge Block's Office for clarification:


" I just phoned Judge Block's Office and talked to his Clerk.

He basically stated that Judge Block's Opinion was not actually stating the LTWs had an ownership interest in the Anchor Litigation - it was stated as such to provide a basis for calculating the Tax Gross - Up.

I answered that it was a contradiction to connect the fair market value of the Anchor Litigation to the market value of the LTWs if the LTWs had no ownership interest in the Anchor Litigation.

I did not receive a satisfactory/clear explanation for Judge Block's usage of the " ownership interest " statement - and why it did not actually mean " ownership interest ".

Anyways the Clerk also said " it could have been worded better " .
