APT is broke, minus the money PBT has squandered away in some account somewhere. Why hasn't there been any filings? To conceal the dismal revenue performance, the lack of and funding into anything other than Motopeds, and to hide what happened with the Cerner money and another million or so I've heard are missing from the books.

PBT may get away with stealing motopeds from the original Motoped Boys and using it to start another shell company scam while filing bankruptcy with APT. I hope he doesn't. BK for sure is on the horizon soon. Motoped Boys better hurry .

Most know this was an organized scam from the beginning with the FROZ merger. Look at Covey cronies who jumped in to make their profit then bailed. And PBT has a lot more connections with John Kirkland and Ironridge. That was a setup as well IMO.
