I called. Talked with Joe for several minutes..

I asked him:

"As an investor I am interested in any updates you can give me."


He said, and I quote (could care less if you believe me).

"We are absolutely coming out with a press release today and are 100% convinced the results will be positive and in our favor. We do ask that you will be patient with us during this process, but again, we 100% guarantee a press release today, just be patient with us as we work this out."

There was more to it, but that's the gist of it.
