I guess this would mean MTVX will not file until a court ruling is made on the IR/Dragonox case. As a favorable ruling might not only stop them from getting more shares but also may have them returning shares back to MTVX. There could also be financial repayment to MTVX for damages and/or a combination of cash/shares. So I guess if this were to come to fruition it will continue to help that $3.1 million in revs and that messed up share structure I alluded to. So you are saying there's a chance............. Ummmmmm yes. Keep selling products MTVX. I know I know BK, grey sheets, delisting, SEC........... Let me ask this........ If the SEC is going after IR for illegal practices and they know MTVX is a micro cap company that has been directly effected by this do you think maybe the SEC is the ones that told MTVX not to file? To protect themselves until court resolution? Just a thought. My 1 post for the day. Go MTVX!!!!!!!
