I know that October 1st is the beggining of 4th qurter, what I wanted to say is that I am afraid they won't release any specific PR before the end of September, and perhaps, they will confirm the start of commercial production in Namoya on the 9-10th October when the production numbers are released.

Believe me, I would love to have positive PRs every week. I am heavily invested in Banro (too heavily), and I don't see the day when share price will be back over 0.35-0.4.
